For every conference, exhibition, meeting or other event at Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs Utrecht , we plant a tree through our partnership with Trees for All. We also invite exhibitors and organisers to join us by donating a tree themselves, so that together we can grow this impactful forest.
The delicious cookies served at our events are freshly baked by De Koekfabriek. A social enterprise that provides meaningful work for people who face barriers to employment, including people with disabilities. Every bite supports inclusion and participation.

Through training, talent development and inclusive hiring practices, we create opportunities for growth — both for our own team and for those involved in delivering your event.
